Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of International Marketing at the Poznań University of Economics and Business (Poland). In research, she focuses on the influence of both inter-organisational and social relationships, and embeddedness on different aspects of companies’ performance in the global market. This includes digitalisation and sustainable development. She analyses both large multinationals, SMEs and entrepreneurial activities from different industries, including high-tech, furniture and vegan companies. She is the author and co-author of several books edited in Polish and English. Her research has been published in, among others, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Creativity and Innovation Management, Journal of International Management, and Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing.
