Her main research interests are on business-to-business marketing in general and more specifically: on key account management (for example, on how specific relationships with key account customers are; the mission of key account managers);  on B2B distribution (for example on the role B2B distributors play in business networks) and on digitalization (for example, on how business relationships are transformed when impacted by digital technologies like internet of things).
