We are pleased to invite you to participate in the IMP Forum Seminar 2027, which will take place at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics & Business, Zagreb, Croatia, on 22–23 April 2027.
The IMP Forum Seminar is a paper-development workshop for the IMP Forum in the Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing (JBIM). We welcome papers at different stages of development, including work in progress. Authors are also welcome to bring papers that have already been, or are intended to be, presented at the annual IMP Conference.
Alongside the general track, the Zagreb seminar will feature a special track: Business Relationships under Uncertainty: Adaptation, Resilience and Change
The special track invites contributions examining uncertainty, adaptation, resilience and change from a relational and network perspective. Topics may include network adaptation and maladaptation, resilience and vulnerability, changing relationship portfolios, foresight and scenario planning, AI-mediated interaction, and the distribution of risks and benefits across asymmetric relationships and networks.

- 30 November 2026 – Notification of abstract acceptance
- 5 April 2027 – Submission of full papers
- 12–19 April 2027 – Review preparation period
- 22–23 April 2027 – IMP Forum Seminar, Zagreb
Participation in the seminar is free of charge.
Coffee breaks and light lunches on both days, as well as dinner on 22 April, will be provided by the organisers.
