Service innovation is associated with new service development (NSD), highlighting a process which is carried out from the generation of the idea to the execution and implementation in business. In business service networks, heterogeneous actors engage in business activities to co-create value. The interaction amongst these inter-linked network actors stimulate their relational dynamics which enable them to learn how to manage relationships and operate their resources to generate new-to-firm and/or new-to-market services. Business activities reinforce business service network actors to participate in collaboration and cooperation to innovate new services to others. This research employs a case study research strategy and aims to explore how multiple business actors manage interactions in NSD process for service innovation.
