Welcome to visit Uppsala STS, or Uppsala University, Centre for Science and Technology Studies (www.sts.uu.se). The aim of Uppsala STS is to investigate the relation between science, technology and society business included. A special interest is devoted to the role of science and business development and to develop an alternative perspective on the fad of today; to consider science and innovations as resources more or less ready to be tapped for economic values by businesses.
