Judy Zolkiewski is a Professor in Marketing at Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK. Her research interests include understanding business markets, relationships and networks both in the traditional manufacturing and engineering industries and in the evolving business-to-business services sector with specific focus on relationship and network dynamics, servitization, strategy and technology.  Her current research projects focus on the processes underpinning relationships and networks and the transformations that are needed for organizations to successfully deliver services. She has been involved in knowledge transfer projects with firms in the local region. She has published in Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Operations & Production Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Marketing Management and Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing.
