Simone Guercini is Professor of Marketing and Management at the University of Florence. His research interests include business marketing, international business, entrepreneurship, business actors’ decision making. He is scientific head of the LABMI laboratory at the PIN university consortium and completed consulting assignments for companies and institutions. He has been a visiting researcher at various universities and research institutions including Sussex University, Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Georgia State University. He is a member of the editorial board of academic journals nationally and internationally. His research has been published in journals including Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Global Strategy Journal, Journal of International Management, International Business Review, International Marketing Review, Management Decision, Organization Theory, Consumption Markets & Culture, Innovation: Organization & Management, Mind & Society.
