IMPEC Meet-up October 2024: Researching Sustainability within the IMP Community

Join us for the upcoming IMPEC (IMP Early-Career Researchers) Meet-up on October 14th, where we will explore the theme of researching sustainability within the IMP community. This session is an opportunity to gain valuable insights from leading researchers in the field and connect with peers engaged in sustainability-related research.

Our guest speakers, Professor Pauliina Ulkuniemi and Senior Research Fellow Tuula Lehtimäki, will share their experiences and expertise, focusing on:

  • How the IMP community approaches sustainability research
  • Insights from the IMP Sustainability Special Interest Group (SIG)
  • Tips on publishing strategies, including information on the IMM Special Issue “Regenerating Business in Networks for a Better World”
  • Advice for early-career researchers on researching with and for IMP
 

About the Speakers

Pauliina Ulkuniemi is a Professor of Marketing at Oulu Business School, University of Oulu. Her research focuses on value creation in business relationships and networks across various industries. Pauliina has extensively studied topics like modularity in services, public procurement of innovation, and inter-organizational collaboration. Currently, her work centers on the sustainability transition in industrial networks and responsible business practices. Learn more about Pauliina Ulkuniemi

Tuula Lehtimäki is a Senior Research Fellow at Oulu Business School, University of Oulu. Her research examines business networks in sustainability transitions, sustainable innovations, and market-shaping for sustainability.
