The purpose of this paper to introduce and illustrate the use of repertory grid technique in a dyadic research design. We illustrate the use of repertory grid technique and propose its usefulness in examining new constructs and complex topics. Our study explores how companies perceive the value expectations within long term asymmetric supplier-customer relationships.
