Buyer-seller relationship orientation in construction industry define as sum by means of behaviours for information exchange, coordination efforts, cooperative norms, operational linkages through second factor analysis. Trust and profit performance as causes of relationship orientation and relationship maintenance intent as a consequence of relationship orientation are examined.
