STRUCTURING OF INTERACTIONS – TOWARDS THE NEED TO CHANGE

This paper focuses on the interaction structure between cooperating actors. Empirical dataillustrates structures in terms of norms, routines and role-expectations in two different typesof cases. The empirical data and analysis points to the importance of studying interactionstructures rather as processes than established structures.
